After being told about the wonders of sugaring from a friend down under, i just had to get it done, told all my friends about its advantages, how it can be used on so many more skin types than other forms of hair removal, and of course the fact that i’m a wimp when it comes to pain. Finally i started looking for somewhere to get it done, to my dismay there was nowhere I could find in the North-East, after finally managing to find a lovely lady in Stockton I decided this is the way hair removal should always be done and went on my journey to become a sugaring practitioner myself, then I could show everyone just how much nicer the results are and hopefully begin a trend in our own friendly area of England.

So, after much deliberation I decided to travel south and do my sugaring course with Evanji Ltd, booked my room and train tickets and set off, some days the paste just hated me, it was very hot and melted so quickly, but eventually I tamed the beast and after much practice was the proud owner of my certification, I had already looked at the old poodle parlour building in the village behind The Headgardener as a beautifully sized premises to house my new business, but now I was certified this was it.

My landlord kindly had some workmen put the walls up for my two nicely sized treatment rooms and the ball began to roll, it took a good three weeks of decorating, organizing, printing and phone calls to get it all together, but here we are and my passion for sugaring over all other types of hair removal will never waver.

One treatment and you will all know why I love Sugaring! My skin has never felt better then those weeks after a treatment, its all natural and honestly I am a complete wimp when it comes to pain, I admit it is not pain free but in comparison to waxing, Sugar Sugar Sugar all the way.
